I originally called Auto Care by recommendation from a friend but they don’t work on jeeps so they referred me to Pinky’s, which says a lot that another nearby mechanic shop would recommend them. I drive in a few days later and even though they were packed, they took a look at my car and quickly replaced my battery so I can make it to a funeral on time. They even replaced a missing a nut from my battery terminal free of charge. The mechanics here were so friendly and it meant so much that they did what they could to ensure I can make it out to the I.E quickly and safely!

Finding a good repair shop in LA is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Pinky’s is that place. Honest, quick and they’ve been in the same location for 20+ years. We’ve been using them almost that long.

I have been going to Pinky’s Automotive since 2017. Mike, Eddie and Ralph are the most amazing people!!! They are trusted advisors, have the highest integrity, incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what the car needs immediately versus what can be addressed later. My car got hit and ran and Eddie was so amazing and patient and kind explaining everything to me. I even called him months after the repair and he gave me car advice. The staff is amazing and my benz looks great.

Pinky’s is our go to shop. They’re great and I appreciate how respectful they are to women. They’re always honest and explain things to you in a way that is not condescending with extremely fair prices. It’s hard to find any business nowadays that has the integrity Pinky’s has. These dudes are legit. I am not a car guy, but have a 1983 Toyota FJ60 Landcruiser that often needs a tender hand. Every time I take her in, she comes out running like new. In my experience, Ralph, Frank and team are honest, fair and informative. They tell me what I have to do and what I should do (if my ship comes in.) They always provide a detailed list of work done and suggested which is great with an old truck your wife wants you to sell every winter :) Been with them for about 5 years and now I drive from the west side to see them. Maybe I’m crazy…in love.

Another place wanted to charge me $750 for a broken trunk latch. Pinkys quoted me 70 but charged me only 60. This speaks to thier integrity. In a city with so many crooks it's good to know there are places like this.

Did some research and found Pinky’s Automotive. Started hearing some “funny” noises coming from my car and didn’t know where to bring my Thunderbird. Mike and Ralph were great! Honest, didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and got my car fixed fast. Very happy to find this shop and I definitely would refer them 💯
